Not sure why I'm being pinged here except that I
commented in an earlier thread about a frivolous comparison between the Hacking and the Peterson cases. For the record, I think Mark Hacking rather obviously has guilty written all over him. I haven't doubted that much from the beginning, and it's only become more transparent.
On the other hand, if I were on the Scott Peterson jury I would surely vote to acquit based on everything I've heard.
