These are the SLC investigating officers saying it was a "rage killing" (those words) that took place in the apartment? If so, that's the same as charging MH with murder, mirandizing, cuffing, booking and incarcerating him.

Have any of Mark's friends came forward? I've heard from Lori, and Lori and Mark's friends, but haven't heard from any of his friends, other than his brothers. Seems like they could locate someone he went to college or high school with, but maybe they've been told not to talk by investigators?
