One thing not clear to me...was it Clarke or Berger who tipped off the UAE so that Osama would get away? If they were both involved in the decision - who specifically made the call?

With Clarke's 'deep' background in..........

Hmmmmmmmm...who knows?,.....

Berger certainly made a 'footnote' of it.
