Actually, when I see him force himself to kiss her, I start thinking maybe he's more courageous than I thought. I know I couldn't do it. Cause of death would be given as "malignant nausea."
Every pic I've seen of Kerry trying to kiss Theresa, she's either cringing, or pushing him away, or looking trapped.
