The link should be removed from that post. It is copyright infringement.
Even though it was someone else that stole it and posted it on their own site, it is propagating information that is copyrighted.
I know the orginal poster had no idea what he found at the time and it was not his intent to do that, however it should be taken down even without the anti semetic stuff on it.
