I do not believe it is NEIN that posted it. I believe someone who recieves the newsletter posted this month's newsletter to his own website and added the links and comments at the end of it. If you look at the URL, it is in no way associated with NEIN.
I was referring to the original post @ 691, one of the posters who spoke of the supposed nuke is from NEIN.
