I'm wondering if there is any feasible (keyword) way to incorporate a peer rating system, somewhat similar to that used by e-bay, where if you tick so many people off, they have the ability to "vote you off the island"? I don't know if this is feasible, but if it is, it might take some of the burden off the mods? Just my humble $.02.

That could be great (we could have used it a bunch in past threads) or it could be bad (if groups of people who know each other don't like someone).
