Severnaya is active with traffic of radioactive materials. I found it a strange coincidence that on the same day in May 2004 as the huge arms depot explosion that closed the regional highway, these fellows were caught with the cesium. Thanks for your explanation.
It is a strange coincidence and a sharp observation. TM has frequently hit on a suspicion of mine that Russia has some "splainin'" to do in the current terrorist activity.
