I think it must be some coded answer to Sean Hannity's "Let not your heart be troubled."

Quidum was a hoot. In many ways, that whole episode help put FR on the map. Drudge entered the scene on the Monica scandal. Put links up to FR and drew many of us here.

Quidum was supposedly a DC insider who messed with our minds during Monicagate. Some thought he was Drudge; others thought he was nuts. He spoke in cryptic, almost mystical puzzles.

I think there's a FR folklore thread somewhere.

Oddly, I can't even find his posts now. Does anybody know what's up with that?

I don't know if anyone ever unraveled the mystery that was Quidum. Quidum showed up on a lot of the Monica and other Clinotn scandal threads purporting to have inside information which was expressed in very mysterious and cryptic means. I came to believe Quidum was a "mentalist." Quidum would say things that had a good chance of being true on any given day in America - "black suits will descend upon the White House tomorrow" - when it happened, everyone would willingly fill in the blanks as best fit the desired reality.
