A guest on FOX was just saying that this idea was tried by the Soviet Union - didn't work there and contributed to the group think even more.
Instead, we are addled. And loathe to give up our weakness -- because of lust for power.
And if it's vital to national security, then it's somehting the demonrats will see as bad and funding will have to be cut!
