Wow....the whole lot of them!

Right, and since the conference (see Post 169 above) was at the end of October 2003, that means that Berger, the MoveOn people, and/or the Clinton people must have been in communication at about the time Berger was commiting his crimes.

Good Summary Bump. The Press needs to do its job and report the details correctly on this.

since they were CODE WORD, they would be categorized as national security; maybe that's why they're still in D.C.?

I've been trying for a couple of days to find out about where code word classified documents are stored, but have had no luck at www.nara.gov.

If anyone wonders why we are talking about 3,000 innocent murdered today when Bill Clinton and his gang were in charge here is one reason. Take a look at who was "helping" Clinton with NATIONAL SECURITY (he was on with Dan Abrams tonight trying to tell us that Sandy Berger stealing documents was NO BIG DEAL). Listed as a "policy advisor" to the Clinton Administration. NEVER AGAIN do we turn this country over to a bunch of "buddies" of immoral RATS.

******

Ten and a half years ago just before Sean Maloney was to depart for Little Rock Arkansas, to serve as deputy director of advance scheduling for Bill Clinton’s ’92 presidential campaign, he decided to go clubbing. In an inspired moment of fate, he met his partner Randy Florke on the dance floor of the New York nightclub Roxy. At the time, Randy was working for an interior decorator and architect in upstate New York, building a real estate and design career. Their story, and the way they brought light into the live of three children who needed a family, is a testament to perseverance and dedication and offers living proof that gay men make incredible parents.

The thing is, remember Berger in his defense said "The commission saw every report they asked for."

Note what Berger didn't say --- that the commission saw every VERSION of every report they asked for. Of course, they saw the final Millenium report --- I suspect Sandy Burgled some prior drafts with incriminating handwritten notes.

Howlin, any documents/notes the Bergler took are said to have been folded. Any documents replaced by him on subsequent visits would have to have been unfolded pieces of paper to avoid detection. I can see how you can manage to squirrel the paper and leave, but what do you use to get pristine paper back into the Archives?

Excellent point.

re the question why did Berger do this?

#1 To ingratiate himself with the Dem candidate.

#2 How many files do you think the Clinton's have on him???

"but I think he also feels a sense of injustice that after building a reputation as a tireless defender of his country that many Republicans would try to assassinate his character to pursue their own ends."

What a typical democrat elitist statement. No acknowledgment of the fact that Berger ruined his own reputation by his own actions - but points blame at Republicans because they "dare" to mention it in public.

What idiots would want to vote for such people that consider themselves above the law. The law is deemed only for the little people (that vote) and all conservatives - not the leadership of the democrat party. So - they are a bunch of crooks - pure and simple and definitely unworthy of being handed our country to lead.

More on Sean Maloney "policy adviser" to Bill Clinton

Mr. Maloney comes to Kiodex directly from the White House, where he was the youngest person ever to serve as assistant to the President and staff secretary -- one of the most senior and sensitive White House positions, involving direct, daily access to President Clinton. As staff secretary (a position formerly held by current White House chief of staff John Podesta and former Reagan/Bush adviser Richard Darman), Maloney managed the decision-making process in the West Wing; held exclusive authority to execute decisions on the President’s behalf; oversaw a staff of more than 100 employees; and was the Oval Office gatekeeper of all material going to and from the President, including all national security information, domestic policy briefing and decision memos, appointments, executive orders, and legislation.

re the question why did Berger do this?

Or maybe Berger had a contract to do a backgrounder report for MoveOn. We see Berger speaking at a MoveOn conference on October 28, 2003. I wonder how much he was paid for that.

Yes - maybe. If they do - the answer is simple. What difference does it make WHEN it hits the public? The fact that it happened and security was violated is the point.

Do we ask WHEN we can publicly talk about the corruption, lying, cheating, stealing of the democrats?

Apparently they don't care about the security of classified materials - they only care about WHEN it hits the public.
