This stuff was acually above Top Secret, in the Compartmented classifications. These types of Documents have Bright colored folders/covers and are seralized and such. Having been a secret control officer, while in the Navy...there is no way in he** you can 'inadvertently" mistake this stuff!!

They are all hoping that we don't hear from people who actually know something about classified information. They won't to keep us in the dark unlike what honest people would want.

I've worked with that stuff, too. There's no way you can take it away "inadvertently". It's marked, colored, and every page is stamped and numbered. Even the paper notes you take in the room are scrutinized.

The thing that convinces me that Berger thinks he could have got away with it is that the guards who monitor these locations are typically low level military or civilian security guards. They wouldn't challenge someone as high on the totem pole as Berger. The most they would do is report it to their superiors.

And when clintoon was in charge, that would have gone nowhere.
Berger thought his immunity would last forever. If Bush wins in Nov, he's toast. If Kerry wins, he's home free.
