There were reports in the past of Coyotes that were so afraid of some "bad" groups of ME types trying to hire them at very high rates that the Coyotes actually called U.S. LE to report it.
well that actually may be one method by which we have intercepted this and can thus confirm it - using a coyote "undercover" person to lead a group of these ME people to a sting by the US.
