Congressman: Al Qaeda entering southern border and changing names to Mexican surnames
KFI 640 Radio Los Angeles | 7.16.04 | Joe Hadenuf

Posted on 07/16/2004 5:34:53 PM PDT by Joe Hadenuf

Congressman John Culverson just stated he has just received informantion from Southern District U.S. Attorney Michael Shelby (Texas)that Al Quida members have been entering from our southern border and have been entering through Texas and blending into towns....He stated this was classified and he given the OK to release this information.

The congressman may be a former congress memeber, I didn't hear his complete title. He is on KFI Los Angeles now.

All the Mexican restaurants in this town have almost identical menus. How's that for coordination?

Oh my God, they offer burritos, fajitas, and chips and salsa. It's a conspiracy, I tells ya.

BTW, get back to me when an Italian restaurant doesn't have spaghetti or some form of pasta on the menu.

Knock it off.
You started the thread, he's asking an apparently legitimate question, so suck it up.

No, he's referring to another thread, or another story. You best butt out.

Just like you butted out with your silence of yesterday's John and Ken's show.

Yup, and McDonalds and Burger King also have similar menus. But the service at a good Mexican restaurant is far better. And the waiters rarely can read the menu to you. In English or Spanish.

About 2 years ago my husband had to go to Brownsville on business. I went with him. We decided to go across the border into Matamoros, Mexico. We were walking through some side streets trying to find the tourist part of town. Men kept coming out of doorways trying to get us to buy stuff from their shops. We kept telling them no, and walked on. Some guy got mad, and said, "Don't forget 911." He started laughing and went into his shop. The look on his face sent a chill straight through me. I started loudly asking my husband if he heard what that guy said. I kept saying, "Did anybody just hear that guy?" I was the only one that heard him. He did look hispanic, but he also looked Arabic. His English was broken. I use to work in a large health clinic that was at least 80% hispanic clients. I know spanish (well, when I hear it) and broken spanish. There was something off with his "spanish." It creeped me out so bad that we caught the first "taxi" back to the border. My husband reported it. (Never heard another word.)

That was a real eye opener for me. It was THE thing that made me really know we had to do something about our borders. I was also stunned with the difference in going into Mexico and entering the US. All I can say is, go see for yourself.

Oh?
Seems to me it is a legitimate question, and you not responding only makes the issue suspect.
I'll "butt out" when you get your very own joehadenuffcom site.

This last sentence does not make sense. If it's classified, he would not have any OK to release this material at all.

Was classified, not is classified.

Oh, I've been there. But I won't be back any time soon.

Me either. We had three grandkids with us. They are all toe-headed. People were lining up to rub their heads. It was so creepy. What was that all about? We finally just started telling people to stop.

I have a good friend from Iran, and he is mistaken for a Mexican *all* the time. As a matter of fact, he conducts civil and criminal investigations and he is used in predominantly Mexican areas since he blends in so well.

We went to CA two weeks after 9/11. I would see dark skinned, brown haired people and would be able to id many of them as hispanic but then there were others that I really couldn't figure out if they were hispanic or middle eastern. I'm probably not the only American that can't id differnet groups of people.

Yes, and some of us have been talking about it for months.

It's been quite obvious in some circles, and has been discussed here at FR.

They have been doing this for some time.
