Your out of your mind if you think Collins will beat Cain.
It'll either be Isakson and Cain in the runoff (which would be very, very interesting), or Isakson will scrape out 50%+ a few.
I'd be happy with either really. Both good guys as far as I'm concerned.
Isakson only needs 45% to avoid a run-off. The 'RATs changed the state law after Wyche Fowler won a plurality just short of 50% on Election Day '92 but lost to Paul Coverdell in the run-off election.
