Dungeon Siege is another very excellent one. IIRC, that's the game that shook Bacon out of his first-person-shooter elitism and tossed him back into RPGs! Gotta admit, Dungeon Siege was a good one. The freedom of camera control was what principally appealed to me. I've never liked the fixed overhead view of RPGs. Got enough of that with Ultima 1-8.
