"Ken's Steakhouse line of dressings are great,"
Indeed, and cheap too. Take a bottle of their Greek Dressing and pour it over chicken in a glass pan, bake at 375 for 35 minutes or so. Quick and easy and very tasty!

Have you tried Ken's Sweet Vidalia Onion dressing? Man, oh
MAN...it is good stuff. Their Caesar dressing (the non-creamy kind) is also a great marinade for fresh fish, ie, what you just caught that day.
I caught a redfish recently and soaked it overnight in Ken's Caesar. Wrapped it in foil, put it on the grill, then served it with wild rice and a spinach salad (with more Ken's), and a few Amber Bocks to wash it down. Not to throw my shoulder out of socket patting my own back, but I gotta say it was purty danged good!
