Since when did what the press say matter? Joe Baca is a lowly junior House member, and suddenly he has more power than the Homeland Security Dept? This is why you are so wrong, the Chairman is Chris Cox, and David Dreier is a ranking member on that committee. Even so, they are just a committee, what the original poster said was a game-set-match to your Baca blathering, the Administration is the one who has the authority.
