From memory I think the bull is located on the Bowling Green but close to Wall Street. I may be wrong. The more I look at the face, the more I think it's GWB.

Yup. The bull is right around the corner from Wall Street. I should know, I sleep about 30 yrs. from the NYSE . . . we have the bomb-sniffing yellow labs right outside. I've been either working or living in the neighborhood since before 9/11 and the security of late has spiked (though only to the level of previous ORANGE ALERTS, nothing unprecedented). More body armor on display, a few more streets closed and blocked, more rent-a-cops. But, shoot, no one down here EVER gets mugged when stumbling home at 4am a bit worse for wear!

The Bull is directly across the street from the entrance to the New York Stock Exchange on Wall Street, very close to Federal Hall where George Washington gave the first Inauguration address on April 30, 1789.

Correction. Now that I've had my coffee, Bristish Chick is correct. The "raging bull" is near the Old Custom House at Bowling Green, which is block south of Wall Street.
