I didn't hear that, about the Fridays. Normally, I would discount the risk of a weekend attack in NYC, because there are significantly less people to kill than on a typical work day. But if Italy is the target, I've been told by a guy in my office that Vatican square is always mobbed on Saturday evenings and Sundays.

In following Israeli events for many years, it appears that the Hezbollah follow a pattern of staging many of their border attacks against Israel from Lebanon on Fridays. I am unsure on whether they base it on the Sabbath arriving on Saturday for Israeli's when many shops are closed or whether this is a pattern set up for other reasons. But, one should consider if the Hezbollah participates with AQ, a Friday hit might have the greatest probability. Anyone know how many AQ hits have come on Fridays?
