For what it's worth, news said Baytown refinery was a major concern. If there was any kind of disruption to major US refineries I think it would have a major negative impact on the entire economy. Concern has always been the refineries between Baton Rouge and Houston. As for as Houston goes, it doesn't take much to send this city into a tizzy. AND, I personally think it is uncanny with who runs the gas stations. (Tin Foil Hat adjustment)
