L.A.,Seattle maybe,but Chicago no.They've been on high alert since 9/12.There are barriers and extra police in the financial district and places such as the Sear's Tower and John Hancock.
Terrorists like places that ares the least expected,as well as redoing that which did NOT quite work the last time.That leaves the left coast and the Capital buildings.
