Well, John better buck up and prepare for the onslaught because Atlanta is fast turning into the San Fran of the south. It has a huge gay community that has been courted by the Braves with their "Gay Nights" at Turner field where Gays are admitted at reduced costs.
Even my liberal journalist daughter hates it in Atlanta. I never thought I would see the day.

...with their "Gay Nights" at Turner field where Gays are admitted at reduced costs. And just how do they know who gets to be charged the lower price?

"Gay Nights" at Turner field where Gays are admitted at reduced costs. I live in Atlanta, and and I've never heard of Braves "Gay Nights". You sure you're not referring to this block ticket sale story from 2001?

I read somewhere that a preacher said a long time ago that if God didn't destroy Atlanta, he owed Sodom and Gomorrah an apology.

Exactly how do you qualify as "gay" when buying a ticket? Do they just take your word for it? Do you have to prove your "gayness" in some way? (That would be interesting) How do you go about getting a "gay" discount at Turner Field for "Gay Nights"?

Gays are admitted at reduced costs. Do they have an ID card, or what???
Maybe they are in the line standing REALLY close.......

Do you have a source for this?
I've been living in Atlanta for 10+ years and have never heard of "Gay Night" much less selling tickets to them at reduced cost because they're faggots.

I'd like to custom-order a stray asteroid or two: one for S.F., and another for Atlanta.

I don't know if this will get Smoltzey in trouble. After all it is the southern voice a gay newspaper. Besides Little Five Points and a couple of college campuses it is not a big circulation.(no pun intended)
Depends on whether ESPN picks up on it and decides that it might improve their image if they condem him. Because the ESPN guys want you to know they are not racists or homophobic.
