The California congressional delegation is concerned that the U.S. Border Patrol went too far last month to protect the border.
In a two-week period, its Mobile Patrol Group arrested 420 suspected illegal aliens at "interior checkpoints" in California communities within 100 miles of the U.S.-Mexican border.
The delegation asked the Department of Homeland Security to determine if its Border Patrol department overstepped its bounds.
There are bigger immigration issues than a territorial turf fight about which bureaucracy has jurisdiction.

I do now. Since all of our elected leaders are not doing their job, and do nothing but pander to this nationwide lawlessness, I decided to right in my own amendments.
Since they pick and choose which laws they enforce, I've decided I'll just pick and choose which laws I'll obey.
