Jayna Davis, author of THE THIRD TERRORIST, is scheduled today for the Larry Elder show, guest hosted by Doug McIntyre. The time is 3pm Pacific. Then at 6pm Pacific, she will be on this thread to answer questions.
Jayna's work in exposing the Iraqi connection in the OKC bombing has been endorsed by James Woolsey, Dave Schippers, and Frank Gaffney. No, folks, McVeigh and Nichols did not act alone.
If you haven't read the book, please look over the info on the website, particularly the interview done on the Glen Beck show. You can listen to the Larry Elder show online by going to the KABC WEBSITE.
Let's try to make it easy for Jayna. Because I anticipate a busy thread with lots of comments, please use red font to ask questions.

QUESTION: Jayna, why did Tim McVeigh not rat out his Iraqi pals?
Great news. The facts she has presented on this thread are accurate, compelling and verifiable,in case anyone has any doubt. The more people presented with these facts the better.
bump and save
Did you ever consider going to the microphone that was available to you and sharing a summary of the information you have provided in your book and on this thread?
Had you went public at the conclusion of your testimony and told the world then what you are telling us now, do you believe the Oklahoma County grand jury would have been compelled to consider the information in your witness affidavits?
Do you think the county grand jury would have called your witnesses if you had stood in front of the media microphones and told the world about the affidavits concerning "The Third Terrorist."?
In September 1997, a subpoena arrived, ordering me to testify before the Oklahoma County Grand Jury which had been impaneled to examine the possibility of additional culprits.
I was less than enthused at the prospect. My previous attempts to surrender the witness testimonies to the Oklahoma County prosecutor in charge of the grand jury probe in early January 1997 had elicited a tepid, almost hostile reception.
During the ensuing eight months, the office of District Attorney Bob Macy flatly ignored the witnesses statements, making no attempt to prove or disprove the veracity of their stories.
The scope of the grand jurys probe also dimmed my hopes of accomplishing any good.
The panel had been sifting through slew of outlandish conspiracy theories, the most egregious of which included allegations John Doe 2 was an undercover government informant and that the CIA or some other covert operative sanctioned by the feds planted multiple charges inside the Murrah Building.
Lastly, the grand jury was probing the unsubstantiated belief that law enforcement deliberately stood down in the face of prior warnings to carry out an undercover sting operation that went awry.
These claims represented utter insanity in my judgment, but nevertheless, I cooperated with the subpoena.
As it turned out, I testified on three separate occasions, reading into the record the most critical aspects of the witnesses testimonies and outlining how the strangers stories uncannily overlapped.
Obviously, I had made an impression. The grand jury wrote several letters to my attorney requesting to speak to my sources.
All agreed to comply if summoned, despite the inherent danger of parading before a battery of news cameras to testify in the hidden chambers of the Oklahoma County jail.
On October 5, 1998, the District Attorneys office claimed it would honor my written request to hand deliver the witness affidavits, twenty-two in all, to the jurors.
A peculiar silence followed. No subpoenas were issued.
Surprise Witness
I soon discovered the reason for the grand jurys decision not to call my witnesses.
A reliable source close to the proceedings briefed me on the FBIs generalized, glossed over dismissal of my investigation before the panel.
The FBI agent who testified mistakenly or purposely failed to address the testimonies of seventeen of my witnesses
Instead, he mentioned only five, and in so doing, he delivered inaccurate or outright false portrayals of their statements to the FBI.
I had personally reviewed the FBI 302s of several witnesses the federal agent did mention.
In each case, the written record grossly misrepresented the facts that they had relayed to federal investigators.
It was no wonder the panel adjourned in December without hearing from my witnesses;
Yet when issuing its final verdict, the group of citizen investigators the jurors wrote, we cannot put full closure to the existence of John Doe II.
According to my source, an assistant district attorney specifically asked the FBI agent during his testimony, if I had provided the FBI with a list of witnesses regarding a Middle Eastern connection to the bombing, the Agent replied he was unaware of such a list.
That response was accurate because when the agent testified in November of 1998 the FBI point-blank refused to take the evidence when I freely offered it.
You better believe I read every word into the record regarding the key testimony outlined in my book.
So sorry Freepers for not getting to all your questions immediately. Doug from Upland has made me a very popular girl with the radio shows because he singlehandedly pulled ofd a coveted booking on KABC in LA, not once, but twice.
If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask. You can e-mail me directly at jayna@jaynadavis.com if I missed your queries on the thread.
It has been a fun and thought-provoking to engage the Freepers in electronic conversation. Thank you all for your patriotism and extraordinary knowledge of tragic events that hold the power to shape and direct the future of this great country.
You're up late. The last answer only makes us more angry at these people who have participated in the coverup.
I look forward to reading your book. Thank you for providing insight into just how hard people have been working to expose the FBI's illegal obstruction of justice and cover-up for accomplices in the OKC bombing, murderers free to kill again.
What about the latest bombshell from Davis that one of the affidavit authors recognized terrorist suspect Khalid Shaikh Mohammed as someone who was in Oklahoma City before it was bombed? Mohammed is among the 22 fugitives on the FBI's Most Wanted List President Bush announced Oct. 10.
"Sure, if she has any information on the current (World Trade Center) investigation, we would want that," Oklahoma FBI Agent Gary Johnson said Thursday. We shall see.

Did one of the affidavit authors tell you he or she recognized Khalid Mohammed as someone who was in OKC before it was bombed?
Have any of the witnesses you have talked with ever said anything connecting Khalid Mohammed to people of interest in the OKC bombing?
McVeighs attorney, Stephen Jones, attempted to obtain a copy of the final three-page report but became exasperated with the court when the DOJ only released one page of raw notes generated by the Israeli experts, which was absent the smoking gun conclusion of a Middle Eastern earmarks.

19. May 6, 1996.... Letter to Joseph H. Hartzler concerning an article in Strategic Investment magazine which referenced a classified Pentagon study concerning the bombing of the Murrah Building. This letter requested information concerning this classified study. See D.E. 1923 (Vol. III Exhibit "P").
Is the request in the petition related to Stephen Jones' attempt to obtain a copy of the final three-page report you mentioned in reply #317?

"A classified report prepared by two independent Pentagon experts has concluded that the destruction of the federal building in Oklahoma City last April was caused by five separate bombs. The two experts reached the same conclusion for the same technical reasons.
Sources close to the Pentagon study say Timothy McVeigh did play a role in the bombing but peripherally, as a "useful idiot." The multiple bombings have a Middle Eastern "signature," pointing to either Iraqi or Syrian involvement."
The cybercommunity thanks you for your brave efforts. Your name joins Robinson, Horowitz, Ruddy, Drudge, Hitchens, Limbacher, Coulter, Rush, Farah, Elder and Hannity.... you will be remembered as a true patriot warrior who fought the good fight.
We pray for your gathering strength. You'll need it.

Yet, nowhere did any media report Colbys most significant occupation at the time of his death -- contributing editor for the conservative Strategic Investment."
Although I appreciate the book as a resource for information on the OKC bombing, the primary purpose of my purchase was in a very small way acknowledge the courage involved in writing this book.
The truth above all is the undeniable fact the FBI and the Department of Justice covered-up for individuals guilty of the murder of 168 Americans.
To refuse to prosecute the McVeigh and Nichols accomplices was one level of crime; however, when the FBI Agents lied to the Oklahoma County Grand Jury to cover-up for mass murderers and thwart the laws of the State of Oklahoma, the crime was elevated to an entirely different level of criminal conduct.
Thanks Jayna, I have been pusing your website to any who will isten, and I am eventually going to get your book! :)
Actually, I'll go get it now, time to stop procrastinating!

You are so kind to consider me a peer among America's finest investigative journalists. I am deeply touched. Thank you, Moodyskeptic. It's the small acknowledgements from great people like the Freepers that makes the utter frustration bearable.

The witness recognized Mohammed at Dr. Abdul's property management company in the spring of 1995. She was gravely concerned for her personal safety, given the simple fact that Dr. Abdul knew her whereabouts, and she has suffered extraordinary intimidation in the past (see Chapters 5-8). I respected her profound reservations about advertising this sighting in my book The Third Terrorist. However, I do not doubt the veracity of her eyewitness identification. To further bolster her testimomy, I recently confirmed (just this past month), that a second top Al Qaeda general, Ayman Al-Zawahiri, visited OKC in the spring of 1995 to visit two Islamists who were trained on U.S. soil in the fine art of constructing truck bombs from off-the-shelve materials. Please read the book review at the top of my website www.jaynadavis.com for further details regarding Yossef Bodansky's confirmation of that fact.
Thanks much for the great question.
