Man, I was off, I need more California time to recalibrate!
The first quake months ago was very strange, it hit with a wack and then rumbled off, never felt one quite like that before. This one was normal, started with a gentle shaking that slowly intensified then tapered off.
I have experienced over a hundred earthquakes in my life, (standard California stuff). But the one that cracked the dome was real different. I actually thought it was a distant nuke the way it hit.
Thanks for the actual data. Subjectively, this quake was much milder than the last even if it measured higher.
