There will be a bounce, but I am guessing it will be less than what we have seen in the past.

That's what happens when there is no "middle" left (helpful hint for the Bush team; stop trying to chase that nonexistant middle and make sure the conservatives show up).

That bounce may in fact turn out to be a hollow thud, sort of like the half deflated ball used to play kick ball in elementary school with, it would soar and barely roll but wouldn't bounce.
