Edwards was still campaigning during his beach walk Sunday, yet for the 2nd year in a row, he did not comply w/local ordinances about meeting the deadline his application and asked for a waiver. Add that ignoring of the legalities to his chronic lateness in paying his property taxes, and we have a legal eagle lawyer who, like Kerry, thinks rules and laws are for others. Also, he is yet to pay his taxes on time at ANY of his three multi-million dollar houses!
