Mr.(?) Ramakrishnan conveniently omits that no one except leftist, progressive, liberal "immigration reform" activists has conceded "the right" of undocumented immigrant children to be schooled here. That "right" has been thrust upon the American people by a series of US Supreme Court decisions; decisions that were rendered by nine unelected, appointed-for-life, and virtually unremoveable federal judges.

It is time to rethink the lifetime tenure of federal judges.
