I pulled this from a site which has a collection of "EOM" messages. I know this should be taken with a large pinch of salt, being from EOM, but I noticed that on 5/17/04 he talks about an attack in about two months time, following one in London. Since the "truce" for Europe offer expires on 7/15/04, I thought the dates were interesting:

Interesting catch. I was looking up historical dates for 7/17 and found that it is a holiday in Iraq - July 17 Ba'ath Revolution Day.
