I've been doing a little research. Looks like July 13-15 is the expiration date of UBL's offer of a truce.
AQ said they would warn before the attacks were to begin, and I seem to remember some speculation that UBL would issue a warning before the next strike.
I dont consider EOM reliable, so I am sticking with the latest releases. Makes me wonder if a UBL tape is due to be released pronto?
I wonder if the document that StillProud2BeFree is translating could be considered a "release" of that type.
