Even though it stars liberal actor, Ben Affleck and it is produced by Disney, I liked, "Pearl Harbor". It was beautiful to watch.
Don't buy it or rent it and put money in Affleck's or Disney's pockets. I suggest you borrow it from the library or wait for it to come on tv.
Not too many people will stick up for Ben Affleck's version of "Pearl Harbor", but I liked it. Saw it twice in the cineplex with two different groups of people and they all said it was great. The action scenes were great.
"Pearl Harbor"??? You've got to be kidding me! 'bout the only thing portrayed correctly in that movie was: 1) yes, the Japanese did bomb Pearl Harbor & 2)Doris Miller was awarded the Navy Cross. Other than that it is all pure Hollywood fiction....
