>>Why on earth would you run a story with no confirmation and speculate that it's the worst case scenario???<<

Tell me about it! If I here one more report that Reagen died...

MODERATOR, I DESERVE TO BE BANNED FROM FREE REPUBLIC FOREVER!
(But you're not going to, are you?)

(for those of you who forget, various cable and internet outlets ran countless stories incorrectly reporting Reagen's death over the last several years.)

Turned out she was not even an Indian.

And if you saw her photo, you can see she was wearing some dopey department story type Indian costume.

It is funny how antisemitism usually accompanies a descent into madness.

True. If you ever hear a once-rational person start raving on and on about "the Joos," you can bet your bottom dollar the bricks are falling away rapidly.

To me, that was pretty sad about Fischer, too. Having at one time been a bit of a chess geek, he was a hero of mine. I heard his rambling interviews with a Phillipino radio station and knew I was not hearing a stable person. I have no psych degree, but his paranoid/schizophrenia is screamingly obvious.

I remember that. She looked like the 'Indians' who used to be cast as extras in old Westerns.

Brando was a certified flake...but a magnificently talented actor.

A number of his portrayals were pure genius.

You really need to grow up and get a clue. I'm rarely tempted to hit the abuse button.

But that's how "actors" think. If you wear the clothes and make-up, it's "real".

O, cr@p... really? There's a Jew named Rupert? O, well... Florida elected a Catholic named "Jeb" to be their governor, bu then again his real name is "John Ellis."

OK, there goes my counterexample... There's gotta be some gentile running an American film company, doesn't there?

If Hillary is Kerry's VP, he has absolutely nothing to worry about-----(for two years plus one day following inauguration)..... she wouldn't want to be limited to just one elected term.

"I got involved in some heated discussions here the night Katherine Hepburn died, because to some folks it was good riddance to another Hollywood lefty, while to me it was the loss of a Hollywood legend.
I've always been able to ignore the politics and appreciate the art."

It's every Americans right to not ignore ignorant doped up artists who are given carte blanc strong media platforms in order to make it their mission in life to dictate to the unwashed masses the way things oughta to be according to them.

Do you like Bertolucci in general? Most of his films deal with the connection between sexuality and politics.

>>Odd that you should ask....last week our Godfather's Pizza was exposed for horrendous health code violations on the local news. <<

That's because they didn't pay the health inspectors enough.

Seriously, that's one bad franchisee, let's not bring down the whole chain because of it. HERMAN CAIN FOR GEORGIA SENATE!

I didn't state that I like Bertolucci. You have me confused with another poster.

I didn't state that you stated that. I'm asking. Because people who like his films at all The Conformist, The Last Emperor...tend to like Last Tango.
