Mo, glock...everyone.....last weekend (?) my ZoneAlarm popped up w/an upgrade available. Since I'd had it for years, with no problem, I upgraded.
And whacked out Brad's computer.
THEN, not having put it together w/ZA, I did the same thing to this one.
I finally uninstalled the thing, completely, and things are running JUST FINE...all but my email. That still works, the format just looks different. THAT I can call the ISP and have them help me reconfigure. ANYWAY...did you happen to upgrade, too?
That was one of the many problems I had last week .. I was ready to beat the heck out of my computer .. it all started with a thing called CleverIEhooker
As for Zone Alarm?? ... Their lastest upgrade I learned had problems and they will have a patch to fix it out sometime in July.
They had me un-intall ZA and install the last version I had ... which is 4.5 somthing and everything was back to normal with that part of my problem
