I'm not trying to be a fear monger - its just that this is a hot issue on the FR Threat Matrix thread. They used those NEST people during the xmas holiday in major cities to "sniff" for dirty bombs, and a while back, they also sent them to board a cargo ship out at sea that must have "sniffed" bad.
