Bush’s Statement Below the Dignity of a President: Iran's Mullahs Speaker
Mehr News Agency (STATE RUN MEDIA) ^ | June 30th, 04 | MNA

TEHRAN, June 30 (MNA) – The Foreign Ministry on Wednesday commented that the statement by U.S. President George W. Bush at the NATO summit is below the dignity of a president. “Mr. Bush should not forget that he became president because of a court decision and since then, especially in recent months, he is always being rebuked for his unilateral and autocratic policies,” Foreign Ministry spokesman Hamid-Reza Asefi said.

The U.S. President’s immoral policies have reached such heights that even U.S. university scholars and some academic circles have begun speaking out about the consequences of his undemocratic behavior, the statement released by the foreign ministry quoted the spokesman as saying.

Bush’s pronouncements originate from his repeated failures and excessive anger, Asefi said in response to Bush’s anti-Iran statement.

Asefi's comments came after the U.S. president claimed in his speech to the recently-concluded NATO summit in Istanbul that Iran was trying to develop weapons of mass destruction and spread terrorism around the world. He also described Iran as a "threat to world peace."

Isn't it interesting that the terrorist/islamofascist types are always right in line with the Democratic talking points?

Well, this tells us who ONE of Kerry's foreign friends is, along with Chirac.

I dont see much difference in the Mullahs in Iran and the Democratic party, They both hate America and now they use the same rhetoric.

This guy would be a good running mate for Jonh Kerry since he has read and understands the democratic talking points.

More from the "world leaders" that support Kerry.

As has been alluded here, by others, this is eerily similar to the Democrat Party montra.

I wonder how many near sane Dims will read this and hide their collective heads in shame?

No need, thanks. This guy was so blatant with the dim line, that I had to laugh. I mean, this is what Americans have had preached to them every day for nearly four years by the mainstream media, and we've managed to laugh, but he bought it (conveniently) hook line and sinker.
