Actually it's called "theft" but in the Marxist philosophy of Hitlery it's considered that private property is theft and therefore the state should confiscate it and redistribute. You know, "from each according to their abilities to each according to their needs." It's only "fair" that the government take from those who earn and give to those who don't, like our wonderful income tax system, right comrade?

There is and always has been something lame and morally putrid about penalizing hard work and commitment's to success.
No individual and no nation can progress or thrive if personal incentive is deprogrammed or penalized. The United States would not exist and would still be a colony of Great Britain if the colonists felt they needed the paternal guardianship and largess of George III.
Y Gasset said that 'Communism is the concession we made to the Slavic sense of morality...now there is a piece of moral extravagance..."
As practiced by the Soviets, it stunted their country and after 80 or so years has done nothing but leave theme squarely behind the 8 ball...they have now a lot of ground to catch up. Where has it EVER worked??
