We are "convinced that a lasting recovery of our folk can only come about from within on the principle: COMMON GOOD BEFORE INDIVIDUAL GOOD"
--Point 24 of the National Socialist Party platform, 1923

Come to think of it, Hillary supports most of that platform.

As has been pointed out by many others, the only difference between Communism and National Socialism was the emphasis on world-wide class (proletariat) vs national interest.

Absent those distinctions, the motivation of both was to subsume the individual in favor of the state (ie 'common good'). In fact, Hayek noted that Nazis recruited heavily from Communist ranks since the basic principles of totalitarianism were already accepted.
