Iraq bought several hundred THOUSAND kilos of yellowcake from Niger, Portugal and Brazil in the 80's. Pretty much every drum is tagged by the IAEA. Nigerian officials claim offers to buy more were turned down as late as the start of the Gulf War. Since the Gulf War, Iraq made no inquiries into more yellowcake.
