But, if they want to know what Mohamad is doing scoping out the Post Office, I want them to be able to shake him down.If they could limit their application to "Mohamad scoping out the Post Office, or thereabouts, it wouldn't be an issue. Apparently they can't, and so it is.

Where do we draw the line? I don't think we can expect to ever see things return to the literal reading of the Constitution. It burns my a$$ up.
I, for one, think that a great deal of thought and consideration went into penning the document. In other words, it wasn't scribbled on a napkin down at Sam Adams' Bar & Grill and left for us to figure out later.
It says what it means, and should mean what it says.

My reasoning is that, once a name is given, it is useless if it is not correct. The only way to verify that it is correct is to have papers to verify it.
If I am incorrect, please explain how.
