Cashill asserts that the plane was sabotaged--that it was diverted, in the first place to a different airport than what was scheduled. Then, the mechanisms which control the plane's detection of altitude were tampered with by a "fill-in" employee at the airport. According to Cashill, the expert in charge of these matters was found dead of a gunshot wound to the chest the following day. Ruled a suicide.

Wish I had documentation, but just repeating what I heard on the tube.

I have a similar memory regarding the "fill-in" employee at the airport. I remember hearing at the time that that person had committed suicide. Dead men tell no tales.

I also remember hearing that there was a survivor of Ron Brown's plane crash. I heard that she was walking around when the rescue helicopter arrived but later died from a cut to her femoral artery. Dead women tell no tales, either.

I hate to be the one to tell you, but the approach they did was an NDB. There is no altitude that goes along with the ground beacon. The only altitude is from the planes own altimeter. By the way the NDB approach was an old Soviet type approach, the plane they were flying did not have the proper equpment in order to fly the approach. I do not believe Ron Brown was murdered, but his death was sure convenient to the Clinton's. I just think his death was a great stroke of luck for the Clinton's.

Sorry about that, I need to read your post and more careful. I read it as the altitude was messed with on the ground station. Dumb me.
