The science is sound and has been talked about by engineers and technologists for the last couple of decades. Unfortunately, I don't see anything coming from this because of politics (it can't be built in anyone's district).

Yeah if we could only make everything at the equator of the Earth the 51 state or states. Talk about your gerrymandering wheww. It actually can't be built anywhere in the US. It would need to be built on or close to the equator.
