If you watch the video closely, you will see a bystander across the street (directly in the line of fire!) just standing there taking the whole thing in - just as casually as if it were "routine."

I'd wager it's a coax MG. Being bolted to a stabilized tank cannon and aimed with a 10x magnification sight, they are capable of the tight grouping demonstrated in the video
