First pick - DWIGHT HOWARD
As expected some HS kid who nobody has seen play. Maybe he is the next L James or a stiff like Kwame Brown of the Wizards.

Oh My gosh, more men dribbling in their prime.
LOL!!!
Question: (in diplomatic language) Is your Christian son going to turn Thuglife now that he is in the NBA?
nash is an unrestricted free agent, dont need to trade for him. just sign him, and he is no shaq
You're right. He's plays the one, not the five. Big difference.
$710.96... The price of freedom.
Okeafor at #2, as expected
I expect Cleveland to come back too. I remember the Pierce, Ehlo, and Daugherty days well.
It seems to me that NBA players have received a bum rap as opposed to football players. It's dangerous to generalize, but I don't think NBA players are in the same category for criminal behavior as NFL players. In murder, wife abuse, assault, drugs, violent crimes, it seems like the NFL leads the way.
It probably comes down to a volume issue. Each NFL team has 53 players compared to 12 on an NBA team. I bet neither one actually has a bigger percentage of hoodlums than the other.
and he is in the second tier at his position. not an allstar let alone in the top players in the nba.
shaq is arguably the best.
I'd expect more "AC Green" than Jason Williams(or Jayson williams).
Ben Gordon third to CHI - UConn takes the top two college spots
I hope they do real soon. But don't forget Larry Nance and Mark Price in that mix!

BEN GORDON (Uconn) - 3rd Pick Bulls.
He's good (he's a local kid); but even better, he's got his head on his shoulders.
He's deeply tied to his church, and his parents have built an incredible support system around him to help keep him on the right path.
I hate the fact that the League drafts high schoolers, but of all the ones they've drafted, this one actually has a chance of being not only a good player, but a good man.
I sure hope so. It's too bad AC Green's stint in Dallas didn't happen during his prime.
