Myself, I don't think we need to use nukes as some have suggested at this point in time but if we keep on trying to be PC in fighting this war against terrorism as well as the self flagellation we are giving ourselves with these stupid committees, we might have to result to such extreme measures in the future. Alternately, if we have another 9-11 or worse, I can foresee such extreme measures being taken. I mean if it came down to them or us for survival, then yes, we will have to use such weapons. Still, I think the optimum strategy is to put more boots on the ground, let the generals run the war, and gut the cities out like "a dead fish" of these terrorist vermin.

I thank God for Fox News, at least they show the good that is happening in Iraq and the children and people thanking us. If I didn't see that and only saw the negative stuff being spewed from the liberal news media, I would be one of those ones that would say, "nuke 'em all." So I do thank God for sources like Fox News for helping me see some positive sides to this. Still, I wonder if this will last.

We are in an epic struggle, in some ways like the struggle in World War II and the later cold War, but it is different too. The trouble is that unlike the Cold War, you have people that are willing to die to take out the Western World. If they got a hold of any ABC (Atomic, Bacteriological, Chemical) weapons they wouldn't stop at nothing to set it off in one of our cities. If that would happen, like I said above, I think all stops would be pulled out and unfortunately, innocents will be hurt or killed, but if our survival is at stake, well, we will have to suck it up. I hope this will never happen, but I'm scared that it will at some point.

Islam itself, there are times I feel that it is a "death cult" where people need to be re-educated and redeemed that way, other days, I think it is only the Wahabists perverting it. I'm a bit divided here, I guess it depends on how I feel that day. Well, all I know is that Islam does need some form of reformation much like the Jews and Christians went through. At one time, the Islamic world was the bastion of scientific and medical technology while the people in the West were grunting in caves. Now it is the other way around. They really have very little, they have to resort to using our own technology against us as we have seen on 9-11.

When I heard about the beheading of that South Korean, my heart sank. I really send out my hearts and prayers to him, his family, and South Korea.

We do need to get cracking on this and fighting this like a war should be and just ignore the liberal detractors we see. People like Michael Moore, to me, they are just as a part of Al Qaida as bin Ladin is, as the saying goes, "if you're not for it, you're against it." I think President Bush is doing the best as he can, but I think even he has to start acting a bit tougher. Trouble is, the alternative we have is John Freakin' Kerry who is a true wimp.
