Actually, it is very difficult to do business with Middle Easterners in general. They are very wishy-washy when it comes to commitment. It takes a true art to read between the lines of what they say and what they mean. Its not that they are liers. It is just in their culture to not be specific and they consider it rude if you try to push them on specifics. VERY difficult to do business with.

It sounds like you are speaking from experience. Just out of curiosity, what countries/groups did you deal with?
