You don't read too well, do you. The "progress" spoken of was news reports that progress was being made in the negotiations to free the S. Korean. That you read it as a slam on Bush and his policies just lets us all know you don't pay attention at school.
But please don't let that stop your irrational ranting. It's fun for the rest of us.
