This is dumb. I went to see Shrek2 completely aware of this content. I looked real hard for it. I mean, I think one of the producers himself even said that there was a pro-gay marriage theme to the movie. I saw NONE of it. Believe me I was sensitive to it too, because there is such an issue ongoing in my family. But I digress, the movie was pretty fun. It was "adult" in many ways, but in the old fashioned way, where it was written above the heads of most children. I didn't think it was as good as Nemo, but I knew it would have greater appeal.

These complaints remind me of that black columnist who complained about the racist theme of the movie (At one point, Eddie Murphy's donkey turns into a beautiful WHITE stallion! At the VERY end, when the same character realizes he's got babies he says, in a fully "black" voice "I gotta get a JOB!").

Let folks enjoy the film, its harmless.

Mental disorders, like transgenderism and crossdressing, should not be promoted as harmless fun, because they aren't. Back when some movies were made, showing crossing for instance, society wasn't a decade or two away from accepting them like it is now.
