Well, Clinton does not like having to get himself out of his scrapes. It still ticks him off to be pressed. It's why, if this British interview is as purported and he gets mad at the interviewer, it's because he really isn't contrite about Monica.
How hard would it have been to just say to the interviewer, when asked if he was geniunely sorry, to say yes? But no, our psycho Bill does not like to be questioned in any way. Not one little bit.
