They probably have the place wired with video camera's. Got the license plate. the a holes didn't even have time to tell them where to find him. Unless, some mole decided to change sides real quick.
Probably like Monaco....you can calculate how many cops they have....multiply the number of road intersections by 4 ( three shifts 24x7 and one set on rotating leave)....very low crime rate.
